They never showed up! My front door swung shut just after I arrived home from a fire evacuation. They said they would be over to my house by 9:10 pm. They did not show up. After walking a mile to town twice, borrowing businesses phones (mine was locked in my house) they told me they would now show up the next morning at 8am. They did not show. I slept in my car in my ice cold garage and the next morning called Bills Lock, who promptly came over. I would give a negative rating, if possible. I have reported them to the BBB.

Called because my friend was locked out of her house but was hung up on. Called back again and right before I got hung up on again, there was a brief message saying that they don't serve my area! They are located in Healdsburg, I thought. And my friend lives in Cloverdale....15 mins away.... Sorry for my prior review, it was ment for the locksmith that helped from Windsor.
