Extremely knowledgeable and great service, I brought in a locking gas cap that was shipped to me with no key from the manufacturer, they figured out what the key was and cut me 4 new ones that were perfect. All in less than 10 minutes at a very fair price.

Have had a number of keys cut here and all good with making a simple copy. But when I asked for key to be cut a certain way, my request was declined and I was given misinformation. I wanted a valet key copied as a master (the only difference was to not cut the end of the key and leave it wider instead of cutting it down), and I explained and showed the difference between the keys. The valet key hadn't been used and worn out, so it would make a better copy. I tried another key place, and they had no problem fulfilling my request.

A weekend condo lock failure prevented entry of our tenant. No response or even a call-back from their competitor, but Shay from Eugene Safe & Lock met me at the site within an hour last Saturday morning, removed the broken lock and installed a temporary one until I could order a matching lock Monday. Allowed me to return the temporary at no cost and re-keyed the new one. Excellent customer service and my new go-to for any lock service needs.

Very professional the key to my 1990 VW bus was almost in two pieces with a nice little curve to it. It would barely start my bus and I new it was just a matter of time before it broke off in the ignition. I went to a few places before Eugene Locks and Safes and none of them had the blank some them just looked at the key 🔑and said 👎can't be done. When I handed them my key he looked at me and smiled 😃 and I started laughing 😅. But a couple of minutes later he said let's go give this a try "in the rain 🌧I might ad" sure enough first try, worked better than the old one ever did 😉. Had them make me a spare. As I was wondering around in their store playing with all the 🔒locks they have, that show you how they work. I couldn't help but notice Safes every kind you could want and prices seemed fair to.
