Do not call this locksmith!!! I repeat DO NOT CALL THIS LOCKSMITH!!! They hire other locksmiths to come out which have to pay lockology for getting them the work. Outrageous ripoff. I was charged 150$ to unlock my vehicle. Do yourself a favor and call midtown locksmith. I called them after unfortunately, and they charge $95.

I've driven past these guys a few times thinking "I'll never need it but good to know." Well I needed it. My wife and I got locked out of our house. I called Empire at 840 at night and Justin was at my house in 15 minutes. He verified I lived there and had me in in no time. Even made me an extra pair of keys. Thanks again!!

Empire Lock & Safe saved us today. The lock fell off our door and the building was not secure. Empire Lock & Safe came out in a timely fashion and did an excellent job before we closed. Of course this gave us a sense of relief!

Last night we had just gotten home from the store only to realize that we locked ourselves out of our house!! We called Empire and they came quick! Our locksmith guys name was Justin, he was super friendly and professional. This wasn't the first time we had him either!! The first time our dog locked us out of our vehicle, and Justin came to the rescue. He came quick and was just amazing overall. I 10/10 recommend Empire lock & safe. When you call, ask for Justin!!!

I was driving through Nashville on my way to Alaska. I wanted to copy my Tacoma key that has a chip in it. I had no idea how easy and honestly enjoyable it would be. We met up at the Toyota dealership , who told us it would cost more , and take at least an hour. Nashville Locksmith took 15 mins to cut a copy and program the chip to my truck, all while having a great conversation. I was able to pay with a card which is very convenient. Nashville Locksmith is professional and willing to go out of their way to help their customers. 10/10 recommend

If you lost your only remote/flip key to your car, these guys can help you! The tech, Shawn, called me within 5 minutes of contacting them, and he was at my house within 20 minutes. Shawn was very professional and quick. The price was also very affordable.

I locked my keys in the trunk of my car and every other locksmith and Triple A said I needed to tow my car to the dealership and have them make me a new car. Sean was able to come out and open my car and get into the trunk and make me a new key in 10 minutes. Life savers!!!! So highly recommend!!!!!!
