What a great experience. Stopped by at the recommendation of Napa Auto Parts who doesn't carry the battery I needed. They had it in stock, with a charger, and even bought a battery booster just in case. I will be back!

I had no idea this place existed until I started working in Northbrook, and holy hell, where have you been all my life, Batteries Plus Bulbs?! There's not been a battery I've brought in that you haven't had, no matter how weird it was. Plus the fact that you do phone repairs is also very convenient for me. I'm actually going to be stopping by later today, as BOTH bulbs in my fridge went out. How am I supposed to snack at 2AM with no fridge light, you know? I love you, Batteries Plus Bulbs. Also, Casey was very helpful, so cheers to him!

Great service. I made an appointment and arrived early. The tech began working on my phone early. He said it would be ready in an hour, and it was ready in 45 minutes. Great service, above and beyond what I expected.

Great service. I would give this 10 out of 10. They are fast and efficient and get you the best deals possible with great quality products. I have gotten my phone screen fixed here twice and have had no issues. I have also had my front facing camera fixed here as well. They also provide a range of other products such as batteries for cameras. It’s the only place that is close to me with good deals on batteries for my film camera. Awesome place! I am one very happy customer!
