I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

My company spent about $800 in locks. Nothing but problems. Been back and forth many times. Big lose. Stay away from they place.more than keying problems, locks that jam shut can’t be open from the inside, locks that the owner could not unlock himself with the keying he did. Had to use a lock pick and spent hours at that to get it to open. Lock smith has in his defense is it took me too long to bring the new un working lock back. After 4 trips trying to bring longs back I threw the last lock in the back of my truck until the next time I was in his area. 1 Lock never got used because is was not safe . It could lock a person in . Next time I will use our company locksmith. The little bit extra he charges is worth it.
