I was told the service call was $20, and to unlock the Door was $20 and up, it took the technician 5 minutes to open both locks, I was charged $120!!!

The whole service was amazing! Fast to respond to my call, he was able to set me up for the following day, a Sunday, just wanted to change my locks after I moved into a new apartment. I called and asked if I would be able to be available for the technician to arrive a little earlier than the 1 hour window I was given and they said o problem. The technician was great! He explained all the options & everything he did step by step. Quick & professional! I would definitely use them again if i needed!
