My home warranty company assigned a claim to them. It took over a week for them to contact me and then schedule an appointment another week out. No big deal, but then they never showed up. I have tried to call/text/email them to have them complete the job for over a month. Both I and my warranty company cannot get in contact with anyone even after they sent a mass email saying they were there for all their clients. My complaint echoes others on Google. If you get to choose a company to work with, keep looking because these people don't seem to care.

We live all the way out in Mill city Oregon. It's a good 40 miles or so from Salem. We called them up to try and help us since we don't have a local locksmith around here. It was no problem for them to send someone out to us. Triston arrived within an hour. He was so incredibly kind and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer gentleman. Although he was unable to help us (the wrong key was put into our car and broke inside the ignition, we have a high-tech security lock that only dealerships can open.) He really gave it his all and tried for over an hour! He only charged us for the drive out here and gave us some referrals. Even though he couldn't help he left such a good impression on me that if in the future I ever need any kind of lock assistance they'll be the first company I call. Thank you J&L!

Jessie was amazing! Super sweet and kind! He helped me twice and did amazing work! My ignition lock cylinder was going bad, he fixed it for $350-450 the first time and they have a 90 day warranty, and exactly 90 days it went out again and he helped me again under warranty! They come to you and are available a lot! Thank you!

I have found Heyman's to be exceptional in all aspects of doing business. I have had car door replacement cylinders keyed here, obscure device keys duplicated, and worn car keys recut to work smoothly. For the key recut job I was able to get the working key plus two copies for less than it was going to cost just for the recut at a closer place in Eugene. In a business where personal and professional integrity is crucial, Heyman's has gained my trust.

Went in today to get a simple CH509 key cut. I was refused service because i didn't drive our 68' semi truck and trailer to their shop. For those that dont know , a CH509 is a cam lock key found on tool boxes, tarp boxes. low security boxes. You can order them online if you can wait for shipping. There are millions of these locks and keys out there. Any way I normally go to Eugene lock and safe a couple blocks down from these people but didn't. I was amazed at the treatment I received. Again this is a low security lock. I could have bought a cam lock with the key off of the back shelf behind their counter. SAME KEY! I am not sure how they are still in business. Thank you Eugene Lock and Safe for getting me taken care of. Keep up the good work Heyman's Eugene Lock and Safe appreciates your business. I will never go back to Heymans , Their lack of intellect cause's major concern with security .( In response to your reply) This is NOT an automotive key! this is a tool box key! I understand not making a key for ignition or for an entry door. When you are in charge of 50 tool boxes that hang off the side of a trailer and drivers loos the key . I need the option to call in with a code. Eugene Lock and safe is happy to get my business. I can go to your store and buy a lock cyl and key no questions asked and replace the lock set for the tool box. but get a copy of the key from the key code not a chance.
