Easy and convenient!! Super fast shipping on the key as well!! Even though they couldn’t make the key in the store, as it was a complex double sided Yamaha Zuma key, they were still able to make it cheaper than the factory!!

Made 3 copies of 2 different keys. All work fine. I did have to deburr the edges quite a bit with a small fine-toothed file, which is more than the "little flaking" described on the kiosk.

When I had the locks changed in my home I asked for 4 matching keys. They brought me 2. They also told me to stop by the office any ti8me and they would make my 2 additional keys for me/ I did that. Twice. Both times the key they made from my key didn't work. I was very frustrated. I saw the kiosk at Lowes and decided, "Why Not?" Can't be any worse., When I came home and tried the keys, I literally did a "happy dance"! They WORKED! A few days later the specialty key I ordered for my husband arrived and it worked too!!!
