I called for assistance with a house lockout. Within a few minutes, Zach arrived and got straight to work, reassuring me that the lockout could be resolved. My backdoor was both locked and bolted. My front door had only been locked on the knob. To resolve some difficulty with a sturdy front door system, he made a key from the matching backdoor knob. Nothing was broken, the process took about 20 minutes, and it cost me $60. Zach was friendly and professional. This was my first time using services from a locksmith, so I was pleasantly surprised by the cost and services. I would absolutely do business here again in the future, should I need them.
