I had no idea until my son who works in IT for a company told me the fix cracked smartphone screens. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time and they were able to go ahead and take my phone told me to come back in about 90 minutes. I had other shopping to do in the area. They were both very friendly and courteous. When arrived back at the store for my phone they were done and the screen was fixed. The price was way cheaper than what my phone company would have charged to fix it. So I will recommend them to anyone I see with a cracked screen!

I called this location to inquire about the availability of two different types of light bulbs and was extremely disappointed by the response I received from the young man who answered the phone. Each time I asked a question I had to illicit a response by asking if he was there - he didn't seem very interested in helping me at all! I suggest you work on your communication skills with your staff!
