I got locked out at the grocery store and Ian's Lock and Key saved the day. His prices are more than fair for the service they provide. The guy even made me a spare car key. Pretty cool that I called to have my car unlocked and he ended up making me an extra key fob. Thanks again for the great service!

Ian’s lock and key arrived at my home to unlock a car door. Smart key had been left in purse inside the car. The car seemed to have locked itself. Honda of Des Moines said this does not happen. Ian promptly opened the car. He is very professional, kind, and reasonably priced. His quote was cheaper than anyone else I called and when my 30 minute job turned into a 90 minute job because my locks were corroded, he serviced the locks as well and didn't charge me a nickel extra.
