Super fast, life savers! We were locked inside our apartment, couldn't open the door from the inside or outside. They came, opened the door and replaced the lock for us very quickly!!!! Great service highly recommend!!! You can't get better than this!

Just needed an extra home key, it was simple and easy only took 3-4 days to arrive. If you need a key ASAP and the kiosk doesn't make it go to a locksmith otherwise I recommend.

Pricing is expensive. I ended up going to a hardware store and got 3 keys for half the price they were charging me for one.

Key was not buffed; came out with sharp edges and burrs. However the process was easy and convenient. The key fit the lock perfectly on the first try, and the edges will smooth with use so I'd call it a success if not quite 100% ideal.
