The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Was told off because I wasn't interested in a $30 travel fee plus 50-200 to unlock my car. The owner even called me and told me off about it so I got a better deal at different company.

It's almost comical how unprofessional these guys were. I'm not even mad. Called to see if they could copy a motorcycle key for me and the woman said "we no longer do that... we only open up compartments, so unless you have a compartment -- BYE!" ... she then straight up hung up on me. Hilarious, but unprofessional. BYE Keyme!

The lady on the phone told me it wouldn’t be 200 dollars and the technician charged me 200 dollars to drill a hole in the key hole. There was a 5% charge if I used card supposedly. The technician had me pay with Venmo which was weird. The lady on the phone told me nothing of any of this. I also found it interesting that there was no need to verify that I lived at the address. Anyone can hire a locksmith to unlock any house? Strange.
