I called this company from a city I do not live in, and a bunch of foreigners answered. They didnt help me properly and wanted me to give them an address of my location of which I didnt know. If they were professional enough they would have known how to do that instead of asking me to hang up and google it and then call them back! I've never had a company ask me to do such a thing before. Then called me over and over like a telemarketer would call me. This was on the same night. Then, lo and behold on Tuesday morning I get a call again about a locksmith! What?! I just have no more words for this...
