The locksmith did not give any sense of the amount it would cost prior to coming and then did not give an accurate statement regarding the cost whether it was successful or not. The locksmith was unable to open the lock yet still charged the full amount. We were still locked out and down over $200.

Key me is an automated key duplication kiosk located in the west entrance of the Smith's maket place next to the claw machine. No locksmith services are available. The price per key is approximately $7.99 to $9.99. Keys get cheaper when you buy multiple copies.

Obviously being locked out of my home left me with a panicked feeling. Curtis responded very promptly and professionally to my inquiry and also made it to my home very quickly. He was friendly and helpful and quickly got us back into the warmth of the house. He offered to spend some extra time trying to get my 40-year-old door knob back in functioning condition, which I’m sure would have been no small task. Overall, it was a great experience and we would call him again!
