My practice is opening a new location in Herndon, VA and we needed to have our pain door re-keyed as well as provide new cores for 3 existing door handles. This was not a run to the big box store fix, trust me I tried. After doing more research, I found Baldino's in Chantilly. Ray, knew exactly what we needed to solve the issue and even told me I could pick up in an hour! We saved so much money by using Baldino's. At pick up he showed me how the cores worked and installed them in my existing hardware. What was most impressive is how transparent he was about not up selling me into new handles. I had an amazing experience with this service! I had to get a new key for my Lexus and within 24 hours someone was in contact with me and within 2 days they were at my home with my replacement key! Phenomenal customer service! Very polite and informative over the phone. Adam called just a few minutes after our call to get a key fob programmed for our car to confirm the address and provide an ETA which was very accurate! Once he arrived he called to let us know, and got it done in just a few minutes! Blown away!
