Phenomenal customer service! Very polite and informative over the phone. Adam called just a few minutes after our call to get a key fob programmed for our car to confirm the address and provide an ETA which was very accurate! Once he arrived he called to let us know, and got it done in just a few minutes! Blown away! On the past the automatic machine was perfect and the keys were perfectly working. After 4 years the one in Lowes Sterling not making the key perfect and I had trouble to use the keys, which are increased double on the cost but reduced %50 on the quality

The keys I made at the kiosk don't work. I got one of the 3 to work after about 5 minutes of finessing - but I can't spend that kind of time trying to open a door every time I need to get in or lock the door behind me.

This is not a locksmith. It is a key duplicator machine sitting in front of Walmart. Don't bother calling them for "Locksmith Services" unless you need a house key copied. That's all the machine does.
