Used Multiple Times and was unable to copy a basic door key, was issued a refund and it has yet to post on my credit card statement. It's fast and convenient but didn't work on either key I was issued.

I was able to get one of two keys processed. The other one I went to Home Depot and I was upset as it was $7.00 cheaper had I went to Home Depot to do the first key. I could have had both keys cut for $ 4.76. Sometimes the easy way out does not always pay.

They are a joke !! $225-250 quoted to break a PADLOCK ($10.00 Worth). Tech would travel 10 minutes to our location and would take 3 minutes to break the padlock who did not even know what padlock is. Then service centered contacted and re-quoted $195.00.

Tried getting a key copied at hardware supply store for an old truck without success. Found a keyme kiosk at a grocery store and a few days later received a key that looks like new (i.e. sharp points much more pronounced than the one used to copy which were all worn down).
