Used Multiple Times and was unable to copy a basic door key, was issued a refund and it has yet to post on my credit card statement. It's fast and convenient but didn't work on either key I was issued.

I was able to get one of two keys processed. The other one I went to Home Depot and I was upset as it was $7.00 cheaper had I went to Home Depot to do the first key. I could have had both keys cut for $ 4.76. Sometimes the easy way out does not always pay.

The keys I made at the kiosk don't work. I got one of the 3 to work after about 5 minutes of finessing - but I can't spend that kind of time trying to open a door every time I need to get in or lock the door behind me.

On the past the automatic machine was perfect and the keys were perfectly working. After 4 years the one in Lowes Sterling not making the key perfect and I had trouble to use the keys, which are increased double on the cost but reduced %50 on the quality

This is not a locksmith. It is a key duplicator machine sitting in front of Walmart. Don't bother calling them for "Locksmith Services" unless you need a house key copied. That's all the machine does.
