I am incredibly unimpressed with this service. We placed a work order to repair a lock in April and the lock never worked properly post service. The repair was at one of our many retail locations, so low priority staff issues such as lock troubles, take awhile to flow up to corporate management, as you can imagine. A new service request to repair the never properly working lock was made in July. When we called to schedule the repair we were simply told "they would take of it" in a very short, rude and dismissive manner. For ease of installment, we also provided them with a new set of lock and keys for the replacement. When we called the next week, there was no record of our call, so we had to submit an email work request. Neither of the first two calls, nor the email were we given a quote or told we would be charged for them to fix the initial repair we already paid for. After calling several times in between to check on the status of the appointment which scheduled service was changed multiple times, there was also never once a mention of service quote. Then they very rudely called weeks after the repair and and implied we were avoiding payment, - no payment was ever quoted, nor requested, nor do I believe we should have been charged a full service charge in the first place, nor a service charge at all. When I asked why we were being charged CSR Virgina was incredibly rude and said that "they don't keep records", so they don't know when the first service took place and that we shouldn't have waited to contact them if we were having issues "that's not their problem and we can either pay it or they will go remove the locks right now!" (again, locks that we provided at no cost to them) WOW, nice. I understand that is their position and paid the invoice no problem, but there are much more professional ways to do business and much more pleasant customer service options.

These guys are outstanding. I had a problem with my tour pack. It needed to be opened. They opened it and set it up so that I can use it without having to use the key and latch. I was able to drive to their location. I was in and out in 20 minutes. When I asked how much I owed he waved me off. You dont get that these days. I have added this business to my contacts and if Im ever in the vicinity needing a lock smith, they will be the ones I call. Great customer service and thank you very much !

Like an idiot, I accidentally locked my keys in my car, but thankfully, there's Florence Lock & Key! I was told someone would meet me in 30 minutes and I don't know if 30 minutes had gone by, but they called me again to tell me I was next in line, and that it'd be a few minutes longer. I was so appreciative of that communication, I didn't mind the wait. Once they arrived, they were professional, friendly and it took them only a few minutes to pop my lock and they were on their way. A++ would use again.
