Biz çok nazik ve kibar olmaya özen gösterdik ama bu adam kaba ve dostça olmaya devam etti. Had them come out to cut & program key due to lost key. Original key found days later. Tech Never informed or disclosed that it would shut down car if used. Lost a day of work & $130 for a new battery to find out that wasn’t it. Had Art come out to fix issue and they charged me again. Called the office to give them the opportunity to make it right but they refused. A Simple “your old key will no longer work if found” would have saved me a lost days pay a $150 for a battery, & on top of that paying them to come back out again. Keep in mind I was a repeat customer. They’ve lost more than just me as a customer I can promise you that.
