Absolutely horrendous customer service! I called the number listed on their website to get estimates for a local commercial project that needed some work done. I was told I called the emergency line and was hung up on after asking for a number to contact the main office. I called the number back and expressed that I understood it was an emergency line but that there was no reason to rudely hang up on a customer that wants your business and again asked for another number to get a quote form the main office. The lady on the other end proceeded to then ask me questions regarding the job that I needed done, after just hanging up on me moments later! I was able to find another number through Google and called that, I get another representative again lacking any form of customer service skills. I explained my situation and asked for a manager. I was then asked why I needed to speak with a manager after I had just explained my experience with their emergency line! The representative then proceeded to ask me if I was calling to complain or get service, I stated I was calling to do both, and the rep told me that I was only calling to complain and gave no assistance in helping me get to a manager.

By far the most efficient Locksmith I have ever been to. The prices are extremely reasonable and he did an amazing job. I wanted to get two-three locks installed at my house, and he was super professional in completing the work within a short time. 5 stars.

Saying, "this business has absolutely horrible customer service", is being too generous. After sending a picture of the safe I needed opened to their technician, their office called to tell me they are not qualified to open a "Top Security" safe. When I asked what they mean by top security safe, so that I know who I should call, they hung up on me. When I called back, the person I had just been speaking to all of the sudden did not know how to speak English anymore. He put someone else on the phone, and when I asked her who I had just been speaking to and what the problem was, she hung up on me as well. This company obviously does not care about their customers, so please do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL THEM.

Showed up on time. A dead giveaway about locksmithing SCAMS- when the technician states "we might have to drill" without even looking at the lock- you know you're getting ripped off. I was charged $225 to open the door to my apartment. The guy was here for less than 5 minutes. When you're locked out- they know you're in a hard place and will take advantage of you. I wouldn't use this this business in the future.

The man that came to help us was very unprofessional and gave us an extremely high quote that was far from the one we received from the dispatcher. When we brought up the high amount, he immediately became defense and rude. We were trying to understand how it was so high but he was not able to communicate effectively. He started coming up with strange responses and seemed nervous (like a scam). He then immediately dropped the price but due to his manic behavior I was frightened to work with him. He got in his car, yelled something out his window and drove off. We called another company that was responsible and kind to work with. I would strongly advise not working with this company.
