These guys were awesome half the price of anywhere else and extremely friendly got me back into my jeep and I could not be happier for the price I paid. You guys are life savers and even though snowing and freezing cold we’re still willing to go above and beyond!
Keeping up with Honesty
The service I received was OUTSTANDING! The driver Andrew was on time, he made sure we were well taken care of from taking the car to the right shop, and providing us with some advice on what could be wrong. I will recommend this towing services to anyone that needs a tow. Not to mention they are very reasonably priced.

Called other shops after blowing a tire and all others were terrible prices and wait times! I called speedy and they stick by what they say! They were able to send out a great guy in his personal car too within 20 minutes and he changed the tire and was very kind and much better prices! Great service all around!

Spent 70 minutes waiting on a tow that was never even on the way- called to see if they were close they immediately became rude & told me I could pay them cause my insurance didn't...I was stranded with am infant & it's 1a & this is the service I received from a company that was only 12mins away from my location. I would have payed had they showed up and that was the issue but they never even tried to assist! Company's like this don't deserve to be in service! It would be 0 stars but that's not an option!

This reply is anathema to the reason for customer service. To serve the customer of speedy recovery. I could care less about their policies. My policy is that I don’t do business with companies that don’t treat me with respect and give me value for my money. If you can't give 100% of your services speak out and let me know so I can spend my hard earned monies somewhere else. All I ask was for you all for the company to come unlock my car door at 6:30, called back 6:45 (no answer) then I get a returned call at 10:30pm. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Companies are run by humans and humans make mistakes. I don’t judge them badly because they make a mistake and I hope the learn from their mistake, I know I learn from mine (never depend on this company again) but It’s how they resolve the mistake that matters. P.S consider using customer service stories during team meetings for continuous learning and improvement. As a customer service leader you may be surprised at what you hear from your teams.
